What does the Dream Duo 3 cover?

With the Dream Duo 3, you receive our Dream Sock to monitor oxygen saturation, pulse, and wake & sleep phases. Combined with our Dream Sight Cam, video and audio monitoring also become child's play. Thanks to 2K HD video transmission, you can keep an eye on your baby at all times and act quickly when necessary.

With the Dream App, you have all important information directly on your smartphone and even receive data on humidity and room temperature. With the two-way audio feature, you can talk to your baby and soothe them from anywhere. In the event of critical readings or movements and sounds, you will be alerted via your smartphone, ensuring you are always there at the right time.

Can I clean the Dream Sock and the sensor?

Yes, you should clean your fabric sock and the sensor every two weeks. This helps you avoid skin irritation for your child.

What causes skin irritation?

The three causes of skin irritation under the sensor include:

1. Buildup of dirt, oils, and bacteria because the sensor was not cleaned.

2. Using a soap that dries out the baby's sensitive skin, irritates it, or is too harsh.

3. If the soap is not completely rinsed off the sensor after cleaning.

Do I have to pay extra for the app?

The Owlet Dream App is free and can be used at any time without restrictions.

Can both my partner and I access our child's data via our own smartphones?

Up to 4 people can access the Owlet Dream App and all products connected to this account from their own smartphones.

How long will the video clips be accessible?

Video clips are accessible in the Owlet Dream App for 7 days. From there, clips can be saved to your device and shared with your loved ones. Please note that clips are automatically deleted after 7 days and cannot be recovered.

Tracking your baby’s sleep offers the benefit of helping you learn your baby’s sleep patterns, routines, and sleep cues. You can use the tracker as a guide to see how long your baby is typically awake and how long they sleep. This helps you plan your day better!

Additionally, tracking gives you insights into your baby's development. By tracking with the Dream Sock, our Predictive Sleep Technology can determine your baby’s optimal bedtime and notify you when the next potential sleep window is approaching.

What is Predictive Sleep technology?

Predictive Sleep technology is a new tool in the Dream App, available to all Dream Sight Cam and Dream Sock users. Predictive Sleep uses data such as the baby's age, when they last slept, and how long they slept to calculate and notify you of the next ideal nap time.

Predictive Sleep tracks sleep and wake windows so you don't have to.

What is the maximum range between the sock and the base station?

Up to 9 meters.

What does "background audio" mean?

"Background audio" allows you to use other apps or lock your phone while still hearing the audio from your baby's room in the background.
