Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Warranty

Owlet proudly stands behind its products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a satisfaction guarantee and a limited warranty:

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Every Owlet product purchased through our website comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 calendar days of setting up a hardware product (for example, registering our Smart Sock or Cam products).
To claim this satisfaction guarantee, you will need proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the item.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of app setup when used as intended. For refurbished products, we provide a 6-month warranty. The warranty for our products does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, tampering, or improper maintenance.

If you believe you have received a defective product, we will repair or replace the defective product or parts in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. The replacement product will carry the remaining term of the original product warranty.

This limited warranty is granted only to the original purchaser of the product and applies only to products purchased directly from us or our authorized retailers, unless otherwise provided by law. Our products are only legally distributed by us and our authorized retailers who are bound by our policies, procedures, and quality control standards. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized retailers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not warrant that the product will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

Note: This limited warranty is the only warranty available for our products.

We limit the duration of all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this limited warranty. To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties are excluded. Some states and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Our sole liability for defects is limited to this limited warranty and excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. No person or entity is authorized to provide any other warranties on our behalf. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.

For example, customers in some jurisdictions may have additional rights under national legislation such as the Australian Consumer Law or national laws implementing EC Directive 99/44. This limited warranty does not affect those rights.
